Job Description
We're on the lookout for a Casual Sales Assistant to join our store. As part of the team, you'll be:
1. Delivering a high standard of excellent customer service at all times
2. Building relationships with the store's local gaming community to ensure loyalty and return custom
3. Providing expert gaming knowledge to our customers and ensuring we meet their expectations at all times - matching products to their needs
4. Attaching products to maximise transactional value - link selling & up selling
5. Keeping up to date with the latest gaming news and using this knowledge to make sales
6. Working with the rest of the team to deliver an energetic and welcoming in-store atmosphere
7. Being friendly, honest, approachable, and able to build great working relationships
8. Having a positive attitude and excellent work ethic
9. The ability to interact and engage with customers on the sales floor
10. The ability to work on your own initiative and cope with changing priorities
11. Confident and professional
12. Being reliable and a true team player
