We are looking for a Global Mobility Services (GMS) Manager to work in our People Taxes team across large Financial Services clients.

What will you be doing?
1. Manage the day-to-day global coordination and/or UK service delivery of client engagements (dependent on the client portfolio), supported by a junior engagement team.
2. Manage UK tax compliance and work closely with the KPMG Centre of Excellence to deliver all aspects of assignee compliance.
3. Be involved in all aspects of cross-border advisory—covering tax, social security, process, policy, and efficiencies—and project manage advisory projects for clients. Collaborate with subject matter experts within International Social Security, Employment Tax, GMS Technology, Reward, Immigration, and the network of KPMG Member Firms to deliver cross-border and multidisciplinary projects.
4. Provide UK tax technical analysis and advice to clients.
5. Engage with clients on current global mobility and UK tax developments.
6. Support Engagement Leaders with VIP assignee services, including carrying out arrival/departure briefings for senior assignees.
7. Develop, maintain, and lead strong client relationships.
8. Manage engagement finances with junior support.
9. Manage and coach junior staff.
What will you need to do it?
* ACA/ATT/CTA qualified or equivalent
* Strong Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word skills are preferred
* Microsoft Power BI experience for reporting is welcome but not essential
