This is a long-term role, supporting pupils with a range of special educational needs, providing classroom and pastoral support. What You’ll Do: Support pupils with SEN on a 1:1 and small group basis Assist with classroom learning activities and lesson engagement Support pupils with individual learning plans Encourage positive behaviour and inclusion Support pupils during breaks, lunch, and transitions Work closely with teachers and support staff Help maintain a safe, supportive, and inclusive learning environment What We’re Looking For: Experience supporting pupils with SEN Patient, reliable, and able to build positive relationships Strong communication and teamwork skills Flexible and adaptable to pupils’ needs Secondary school experience is desirable but not essential Why Winner Education?
