Overview
Senior Talent Acquisition Partner | Water @ Jacobs | UK & Ireland – Civil Engineers (Entry Level, Senior, Principal, Associate Director and Senior Associate Director) to support delivery of water infrastructure projects across the UK. The UK Water team works on strategic planning, catchment management, feasibility studies, outline and detailed design, construction and operational support, and end-to-end services alongside construction partners.

Responsibilities
* Provide design leadership and discipline integration for projects delivered across the Water UK business unit.
* Manage projects and mentor junior engineers to produce high-quality deliverables in client-facing roles.
* Deliver civil engineering inputs to multidisciplinary projects, either at specific design stages or across full project lifecycles.
* Contribute to a diverse portfolio of water resource planning and infrastructure projects, from feasibility studies to construction and operation support.
* Collaborate with clients and partners, leveraging Jacobs’ frameworks and resources to deliver robust, value-led solutions.
Qualifications
* Experience delivering civil engineering inputs to multidisciplinary projects, either at specific design stages or across full project lifecycles.
* Experience in the water or wastewater engineering sector is preferred, but not essential; upskilling will be provided for the right candidate.
* Working towards, or at Chartered / Incorporated Engineer status with a professional body such as the ICE or CIWEM.
* Curiosity about emerging technologies and a strong interest in sustainability.
