Your key responsibilities will include: Performing scheduled and unscheduled maintenance tasks, including component replacements, structural and wiring repairs. Ensuring all work is completed safely and in accordance with approved documentation and airworthiness regulations. Managing tools, materials, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment. Using our GCIS Maintenance IT systems to support task execution. Representing our company values and contributing to a positive, open-reporting culture. Supporting team welfare and collaboration in a zonal working structure. Skills, Knowledge & Expertise Completed Aircraft Maintenance Apprenticeship or Mechanical/Electrical Training Qualification. 3 years of hands-on experience in Base Maintenance. Strong teamwork skills and the ability to support Certifying Staff in meeting deadlines. Experience with AOG (Aircraft on Ground) recoveries and rapid response scenarios.
