Logistics Coordinators, Control Tower Team
Join Our Clients Dynamic Control Tower Team! This role is perfect for candidates with strong administrative skills and preferably some experience in freight forwarding or management.
Key Responsibilities
* Utilise strong administrative skills to support logistics operations.
* Handle international commerce and transportation terms such as CIPL, HS code, COO, INCOTERMS, AWB, MBL, CSEE, and Notify Party.
* Manage purchase orders and commercial invoices.
* Perform basic Excel tasks including formatting, converting to numbers, auto-sum, basic searches (V-Lookup, CTRL+F), pivot tables, sorting, and filtering.
Essential Skills
* Proficiency in Excel (basic knowledge tested during the interview).
* Understanding of international commerce and transportation terms.
* Strong organisational and administrative skills.
* Experience in freight forwarding/management is preferred.
Job Details
* Position: Logistics Coordinator
* Location: Ashby de la Zouch
* Work Pattern: Monday to Friday, 08:00–17:00 (8 hours + 1 hour lunch) with flexible start and finish times (+/− 1.5 hours)
* Pay rate: £12.49 per hour
* Expected Start Date: As soon as possible
* Office-based initially, transitioning to 3 days in the office and 2 days WFH after training and probation.
* All equipment and training provided.
