In this vital role, you'll be at the forefront of ensuring compliance with private sector housing legislation and selective licensing requirements. From inspecting properties and enforcing licence conditions to tackling illegal evictions and supporting the return of empty homes to use, your work will directly contribute to raising housing standards in the district.
