I am supporting a well-backed, global infrastructure business, looking for a Senior Financial Accountant to join their London team. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing business, with the chance of a great long-term career.
Your new role
* Prepare statutory financial statements for UK entities
* Perform balance sheet and fixed asset reconciliations
* Manage complex revenue recognition processes
* Oversee IFRS 16 lease accounting
* Support SOX compliance and implement financial controls
* Contribute to group-level reporting under IFRS
* Ensure local statutory reporting under FRS 101 / FRS 102
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful you with need to be ACA Qualified and have had significant exposure to IFRS 16 and have experience with Sox. You will need to be comfortable working in an evolving, fast-paced environment as this business is experiencing rapid growth. You will need to be detail-oriented and analytical as well a having strong problem-solving skills. As you will only be in the office 1-2 days a week you will need to be able to work independently, and be naturally proactive in your work.
What you'll get in return
In return, you will receive a competitive salary of £60,000 - £70,000 depending on experience. You will be joining a well-backed company with plenty of opportunity to develop. You will have flexibility to work from home at least 3 days a week, and will have the chance to collaborate with a geographically dispersed team.
