Westray Recruitment Group are seeking a Production Operative to join our client based in Gateshead. THE ROLE
6. Manual handling and lifting of components
7. Assembling casings
8. Putting kits together for production
9. Working across two different production lines within the same shift
10. Supporting other areas of the business as required
11. Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
12. Loading and offloading the paint line
THE PERSON
13. Flexible and willing to move between roles and departments as needed
14. Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment
15. Reliable with a good work ethic and timekeeping
16. Willing to learn and develop within the role
17. Ideally someone who is looking for a long-term opportunity and to become part of the team
18. We are looking for someone with a bit of drive and character, who can get stuck in and contribute positively
19. Physically fit and capable of manual handling tasks
