What You Will Do: - Provide expert HR advice and guidance to managers, ensuring early resolution of complex employee relations issues. - Support and advise on disciplinary, grievance, and sickness absence cases, including liaising with Occupational Health and assisting with formal investigations. - Collaborate with managers to reduce sickness absence and support employees in their return-to-work journeys. - Act as the HR lead in change management processes, including formal consultations, TUPE due diligence, and redundancy calculations. - Assist in the implementation of new HR strategies and initiatives, ensuring they are embedded effectively across the organisation. - Maintain accurate records and prepare detailed written and verbal reports as needed. What You Will Bring: - Proven experience as an HR Advisor or equivalent, with a strong background in employee relations. - Comprehensive knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices. - Demonstrated ability to manage complex cases with a balanced and objective approach. - Familiarity with TUPE and redundancy processes, with the ability to interpret policies and recommend pragmatic solutions. - Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills, with the confidence to work independently across multiple sites.
