Job Description
Weekly bank reconciliations
Managing cash flow forecasting/working capital management
Nominal ledger analysis of expenditure
Employee expenses checking and reconciliations
Working with FC and CFO, providing extra capacity during a busy and exciting time for the business.
H & S equipment reconciliations & posting
Accruals/Prepayments
Balance sheet control account reconciliations
Fixed Assets and Depreciation
Qtly Vat Returns
Month End system reporting
Preparation of Management Accounts
Preparation of monthly forecasts
Preparation of yearly budgeting
Financial planning and ongoing relevant advice & support for CFO and board of Directors
The Successful Applicant
Qualified or QBE accountant with energy, enthusiasm and a willingness to get fully involved in all an SME finance team delivers, manufacturing experience preferred
