Honeycomb is delighted to be working with our client, a market-leading local business, to recruit for a Senior Dispatch Administrator on a full-time permanent basis. The Role
1. As a senior dispatch administrator, you will liaise closely with various internal departments and stakeholders regarding any dispatch issues or queries, ensuring excellent customer service.
2. Ensure all orders are received and recorded accurately.
3. Assisting in scheduling of haulier collections and trouble shooting any issues regarding load weight.
4. General administration including data entry, reporting and assisting in audits.
The right person for this role will have previous experience working within dispatch administration, management experience would be desirable however, not essential for this role. You will be a proactive individual who has a passion for problem solving with a strong eye for detail. You will work well as part of a team and be a strong communicator.
The package for this role has an attractive salary which can be discussed upon first conversation with Honeycomb, alongside further benefits. With core hours of Monday- Friday 8:30am-4:30pm, with occasional shifts of 5:00am- 1:00pm required for holiday cover.
