Your Role: Product Manager – Commercial Fire Systems As our new Product Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in the growth and success of our fire detection portfolio. You’ll lead product strategy, drive new product development, enhance existing solutions, and ensure our offerings continue to set the industry standard for safety, performance, and innovation. This is more than a product role—it’s an opportunity to directly shape life-saving technologies that protect people and property around the world. What You’ll Do Define and drive product strategy and roadmaps aligned with business goals Lead new product development (NPD) from concept to launch—creating business cases, defining requirements, and managing cross-functional collaboration Manage the full product lifecycle, including enhancements, rationalization, and end-of-life planning Build deep understanding of customer needs, industry trends, and competitive landscape Partner with Sales, Marketing, Engineering, and other teams to ensure strong market fit and commercial success Create sales enablement tools including playbooks, training materials, and positioning strategies Analyze product performance and identify opportunities for growth, cost optimization, and differentiation Represent the voice of the customer internally to drive continuous improvement Who You Are 3 years in product management, ideally in fire safety, security, or building systems Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience) Strong grasp of the product lifecycle, especially NPD processes (stage-gate model) Proficient with Office 365; Power BI a plus Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills Strategic thinker with strong analytical capabilities Comfortable navigating matrixed global organizations Willing to travel within the UK and occasionally within Europe (up to 30%) What We Offer Competitive salary Hybrid work flexibility Career progression and development opportunities Laptop & mobile phone A collaborative, mission-driven environment where your work truly matters Recruitment Process Introductory call with our recruitment team Up to 3 interviews with Hiring Managers and stakeholders Offer & onboarding About Us Kidde Global Solutions is a world leader in fire & life safety, serving everything from homes to complex commercial facilities.
