An immediate need for an experienced non-contentious Construction Lawyer to join a leader in the data centre sector on an initial 6 month FTC, supporting the Head of Legal. In a lead role working on a pipeline of construction projects, responsibilities will include: drafting, reviewing and negotiating complex construction contracts, including supply agreements advising on the implementation of supply chain contracts to key subcontractors, risk management and related warranty arrangements ensuring appropriate insurance policies and coverage is in place negotiating various operational and maintenance contracts, general commercial agreements and tenders dispute resolution instructing external counsel when required You will be 7 years PQE as a guide with experience gained in a similar capacity as a non-contentious construction lawyer in-house and/or private practice. A commercial and pragmatic approach along with your ability to work effectively in a busy, project based environment is key.
