Head of Marketing - Drive Growth & Brand Presence in Flexible Workspaces
Location: Manchester (with regular travel to Leeds dependant on business needs)
My client are seeking a highly motivated Head of Marketing to spearhead their multi-channel strategy and drive significant brand awareness, lead generation, market presence, and ultimately, revenue growth.
This is an extremely important role and will give you the opportunity to head up the Marketing function within a company that are a true market leader.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead overall marketing strategy aligned with business objectives (lead generation, retention, brand).
* Report on KPIs and market insights.
* Manage Digital Marketing Manager and optimize digital campaigns (PPC, SEO/SEM, email, social).
* Ensure brand consistency across all communications and materials.
* Manage annual marketing budget.
* Oversee external agencies (content, PR, design, web, CRM) to meet KPIs cost-effectively.
* Collaborate with Sales/Operations on campaigns for new openings and retention.
* Work with PR agency on press releases and industry events.
