Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Harrogate for a Commercial Account Manager. The role involves managing client accounts, maintaining relationships with commercial clients, delivering excellent customer service, and identifying opportunities to improve client energy solutions. Whilst also engaging in outbound sales to try drive growth. Daily tasks include handling inquiries, providing tailored advice, developing sales strategies, and collaborating with internal teams to meet energy management goals. The Commercial Account Manager will play a pivotal role in growing client satisfaction and ensuring successful outcomes.
Qualifications
* Proficiency in Account Management, including managing client portfolios and ensuring contract fulfillment.
* Strong Customer Service skills to foster and maintain client satisfaction and long-term relationships.
* Excellent Communication and interpersonal abilities to provide clear updates and effective consultation.
* Sales expertise with a focus on identifying growth opportunities and presenting tailored solutions to clients.
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential for managing multiple accounts effectively.
* Experience in the energy sector or related fields would be advantageous.
