Are you an Electrical Engineer who loves getting hands on, solving real problems and seeing your designs come to life on the shop floor? They are looking for an experienced Electrical Design Engineer who can combine strong technical design skills with a practical, production focused mindset.
Designing and developing wire harnesses and electrical systems for heavy duty equipment
Working closely with production teams on the shop floor to resolve issues, support builds and ensure manufacturability
Creating and updating electrical schematics, harness drawings and documentation
Supporting prototype builds and troubleshooting electrical issues
Collaborating with mechanical, manufacturing and supplier teams to deliver reliable, cost-effective solutions
Ensuring designs meet safety, quality and industry standards
Playing a visible, hands on role in the full product lifecycle from concept to production
3+ years experience as an Electrical Design Engineer
~ Wire harness design experience
~ Background in heavy machinery, off highway vehicles or military equipment
~ Comfortable working on the shop floor and building strong relationships with production teams
~ Confident communicator who can work across engineering and manufacturing
5% profit related annual bonus (extremely lucrative)
~ Hybrid working available
~ Flexible hours between 7am5pm, Monday to Friday
