Supporting globally recognised brands across retail, ecommerce, automotive and more, you’ll be the day to day contact and strategic lead for a book of c.18 accounts worth £1mil ARR.
Joining the existing team of 3, you’ll focus on platform usage, performance and critically, storytelling, turning data into insight!
Responsibility wise, you’ll manage everything post onboarding and work closely with the senior team and/or sales function when it comes to the heavier commercial conversations (contract renewals and account growth). You’ll have accountability, but be fully supported to deliver!
Previous experience in a customer success role within the SaaS space
A well-versed approach to high touch, customer management. Data savvy and able to tell a story to create value.
Experience of working for or within globally recognised brand (retail, ecommerce or automotive) at head office level.
Experience using Customer Success Platforms such as Planhat, Gainsight or Churnzero.
Experience of working with marketing, brand or digital content decision makers.
Hybrid working, 1 or 2 days a week in Brighton.
