We’re looking for friendly, motivated people to join our Customer Experience Team at our Head Office in Livingston on a permanent part-time basis. You’ll work 20 hours a week, Monday to Friday, either 12pm–4pm or 2pm–6pm. The schuh Customer Experience department is a fast-paced, fun and very customer focused. We believe every customer should leave us thinking WOW! We believe we lead the way with our customer service effort and this is what sets us apart. You’ll receive full training in the office, so you’ll need to be able to travel to our Livingston Head Office. What you’ll be doing: Helping customers who want to buy something or need support — always treating them as individuals. Responding to customer queries across social media platforms, including WhatsApp. Chatting with customers through our text chat service. Handling customer enquiries via phone and email in a friendly, professional way. Supporting our High Street stores with any questions or issues they have.
