About the role

You will

• Work as part of a multi-professional team, delivering holistic care and support to children with life-limiting conditions and their families
• Collaborate closely with families and external services to ensure coordinated, person-centred care
• Contribute to assessment, care planning, and delivery of high-quality, evidence-based care
• Act as a strong advocate for children, young people, and their families
• Maintain and develop clinical skills and competencies in line with organisational standards
• Ensure safe, clean, and welcoming clinical environments, adhering to infection control policies
• Promote effective communication within the multidisciplinary team and with external agencies

About you

• RN Child/Learning Disabilities or Adult NMC registration.
• A compassionate and motivated professional committed to family-centred care
• Strong teamwork, communication, and organisational skills
• Passion for paediatric palliative care and holistic support
• Commitment to continuous learning and service excellence
• Ideally you will have experience of working with children who have complex care needs and/or a palliative diagnosis.
