Main duties of the job
You must be able to work on your own as well as part of a team and be able to use your initiative. This is a busy role therefore you will need to demonstrate effective organisation, communication and written skills. You will have excellent customer service skills when liaising with patients, members of the public and staff at other NHS organisations; adapting these skills to manage sensitive and confidential information and issues.

Qualifications / Knowledge
Essential
1. Educated to GCSE Standard at Grade C or above in Mathematics and English or equivalent
2. OCR Level II Word processing or NVQ Level 2 qualification or equivalent experience
3. Evidence of Continuing Professional Development

4. Significant experience of producing excellent letters, memos, agendas, reports and minutes
5. Significant experience in data management systems
6. Experience and knowledge of risk, complaints and incidents management
