The Role
The Customer Service Advisor will be responsible for providing a high level of customer service to clients and healthcare professionals in the day-to-day management of customer service daily workflow.
Key responsibilities:
1. Manage inbound and outbound calls and e-mails for clients and healthcare professionals
2. Sort and process incoming prescriptions and the management of EPS to create and complete client orders
3. Maintain external communication from clients and healthcare professionals for example, Web Orders, My Pen and Caring
4. Place outbound calls to surgeries for outstanding prescriptions, and chase prescriptions for outstanding orders
5. Register new clients to Fittleworth
6. Process sample orders
7. Update client cutting templates as needed
8. Track missing parcels as needed, and manage returns / collections
9. Log complaints as received, and request support of the Team Leader to manage complex queries
10. Work towards objectives in order to achieve set department KPI’s and personal development objectives
11. Maintain client confidentiality, and ensure that all services are provided in accordance with current legislation / NHS guidelines and Company process and policy
12. Continually look for, and suggest, ways we can improve the service we provide to Health Care professionals and our mutual clients
13. Actively promote Fittleworth to internal and external customers demonstrating the Values at all times
Experience and Qualifications
1. Previous experience of working in high-volume customer experience environment.
2. Previous telephone experience desirable
3. Computer literate with a working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
4. Excellent customer service skills
5. Excellent telephone manner
6. Self-motivated with the determination to succeed
7. The ability to multi-task in a high-volume environment
8. Proactively collaborate with others
9. Organised and good at managing priorities
