Main Duties
The Senior Care Assistant will monitor residents' wellbeing, participate in person-centred care planning, support with medication, and undertake staff supervisions. They will also serve as a key contact for residents, relatives, visitors, and healthcare professionals.

About the Role: Your focus will be to support the Care team in delivering high standards of personal care and ensuring a supportive environment for residents, visitors, and staff. Responsibilities include:
* Monitoring resident wellbeing and updating care plans accordingly.
* Participating in person-centred care planning and evaluations.
* Supporting with medication needs.
* Supporting staff development and supervision.
* Acting as a key contact for residents, relatives, visitors, and health professionals, addressing requests and concerns.
About You

* Hold an NVQ 3 or equivalent in care for care homes.
* Have at least 2 years' experience in a similar environment.

* DBS Disclosure (cost covered by Avery Healthcare).
* Proof of eligibility to work in the UK.
