Teaching Personnel are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Intervention Teacher to join a supportive school in Bispham. This role will begin after the February half term and is ideal for someone passionate about helping pupils reach their full potential.
Role Overview:
* Deliver targeted intervention sessions to small groups and individual pupils.
* Focus on raising attainment in core subjects, particularly English and Maths.
* Work closely with class teachers and the SEN team to tailor learning plans.
* Monitor and report on pupil progress effectively.
Requirements:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
* Experience delivering interventions at primary or secondary level.
* Strong communication and organisational skills.
* A commitment to supporting pupil progress and wellbeing.
