Key Responsibilities:
* Greet and welcome guests with a friendly, professional attitude
* Handle check-in and check-out procedures efficiently
* Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries in person and via email
* Manage reservations, cancellations, and room allocations
* Process payments and maintain accurate records
* Provide information about hotel services, local attractions, and travel directions
* Address guest concerns promptly and escalate when necessary
* Collaborate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure smooth operations
Requirements:
* Previous experience in a receptionist, front desk, or customer service role (hospitality experience preferred)
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail
* Proficiency with hotel booking systems and basic computer skills
* Ability to handle busy periods calmly and professionally
* Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
