About Our Client

This small-sized company operates within the Business Services industry, delivering professional solutions tailored to its clients' needs. They pride themselves on maintaining a supportive and structured environment to ensure their employees can thrive.

Job Description

The key responsibilities:

3. Handling daily queries from engineers and customers via phone, email, and internal referrals
4. Managing our CRM database, ensuring accurate records in line with GDPR compliance
5. Scheduling work for engineers and overseeing progress from start to completion
6. Booking Service visits and call outs
7. Preparing quotations, liaising with customers to understand their needs, completing RAMS, and following up on engineer reports and outstanding quotes
8. Please note this role will be moved to Sevenoaks at 2026.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Office Administrator should have:

9. Strong rapport-building skills with customers, engineers, suppliers, and third parties
10. Resilience, determination, and ability to work to deadlines
11. Prior experience in scheduling work and managing changes as necessary
12. Exceptional telephone communication skills
13. Ability to work independently and take initiative
14. Able to start immediately

Able to work under pressure

15. Experience raising, sending and following up on quotations is an advantage
16. Flexible, hands-on approach with a willingness to learn
17. Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks for yourself and others
18. High attention to detail and a focus on completing tasks efficiently
19. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel
20. Experience within the construction, utilities, or trade sectors is desirable
21. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a minimum of GCSE/O level Maths and English (grade C or equivalent)
