About the Role As a Teaching Assistant, you will: Support the class teacher in delivering engaging lessons across the primary curriculum Work with pupils on a one-to-one basis or in small groups Help manage classroom behaviour and promote a positive learning environment Assist with preparing learning materials and classroom activities Support pupils with additional needs where required This role offers flexibility, with day-to-day, short-term, and long-term opportunities available across Stoke-on-Trent and surrounding areas.
