It safeguards our business, customer and personal data Job Summary This role ensures that information platform / application is maintained and developed to ensure peak performance, optimised availability and compliance with Survitec security policy and practices. It provides a point of contact for technical escalation and collaboration with outsource partners and vendors, ensuring Survitec uses third party services effectively and gets best value from support contracts Duties And Responsibilities Ensures systems / applications are performing at optimal levels Monitors system / application performance, identifying and investigating outages or shortfalls in performance Carries out planned and remedial maintenance or improvement activity within the terms of Survitec support agreements, escalating to third-party partners as appropriate; provides out of hours systems / applications support cover on a rotational or allocated basis Monitors and maintains the security, integrity and performance of core systems and backup services; identifies compliance issues, reporting and escalating as necessary any instances of suspected compromise Works collaboratively with the Architecture team, SOC team and project management team, providing technical system, / application input to solution designs Assist with planning and delivery of infrastructure / application improvements Working closely with Survitec vendors and outsourced partners to provide a seamless service to end users, within the parameters of individual and specific support agreements Creates an environment where everyone in the team can live the Survitec Values Creates an inclusive environment where our people feel valued, appreciated and free to be who they are at work Understands, upholds and contributes to creating a safety-first culture within Survitec.
