Are you a Complex Care Nursing Assistant/Healthcare Assistant looking for an additional role in the community?
This is a fantastic opportunity to work with one of our clients who is looking for a team of dedicated and experienced individuals who can support her in the comfort of her own home in East Grinstead
Are you a caring individual who is passionate about delivering person cantered care? We are looking for individuals to join our team on a Permanent or 0-hour contractual basis.
You will need to have a proven track record of complex care experience and have supported clients with
Monday to Friday between 4pm - 9pm
Friday, Saturday and Sunday between 9pm to 9am
You must hold a UK driving licence and have access to a car.
Reporting to our Complex Care Lead Nurse, the successful candidate will benefit from the support and motivation of both the clinical and operations teams.
Competitive rates -£15ph

Innovation
2 year or more experience as a support worker with complex care experience.
