A high growth SaaS business is looking for an FP&A Manager to have full FP&A ownership, ownership over SaaS metrics and be involved in board and investor reporting.
Your new role
Build and maintain an integrated three‑statement financial model
Lead budgeting and re‑forecasting cycles
Run scenario modelling (hiring plans, new markets, efficiency initiatives)
Produce board and investor reporting packs
Benchmark performance against best‑in‑class SaaS standards
Design and administer commissions and incentive schemes
Drive automation of reporting and implement FP&A/BI tooling
Work cross‑functionally to ensure high‑quality financial and operational data
What you'll need to succeed
5+ years' FP&A or commercial finance experience (ideally in high‑growth B2B SaaS)
Expert‑level modelling skills (Excel/Sheets)
Strong understanding of SaaS unit economics
Hands‑on experience with incentive compensation structures
Familiarity with FP&A tools, BI platforms, or commission systems
Ability to communicate financial insights clearly to non‑finance stakeholders
