As a key member of the team, you will focus on driving new business through outbound prospecting and managing customer relationships within the Preston area. The ideal Business Development Manager will have previous experience in vehicle or fleet sales and a passion for delivering outstanding service.

Duties as a Business Development Manager will include:
14. Selling new vehicles to business and fleet customers of diverse sizes
15. Prospecting for new business opportunities in the Preston and surrounding areas
16. Managing and developing customer relationships through face-to-face, telephone, internet, and email communications
17. Handling customer enquiries efficiently and professionally
18. Maintaining detailed customer records and following up to maximise sales opportunities
19. Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and compliance with all sales procedures
20. Acting as a brand ambassador for the dealership
21. Working towards set KPIs and sales targets
Requirements that the Business Development Manager will need:
22. Prior experience in Business to Business vehicle or fleet sales
23. Process driven with adaptability to new sales methodologies
24. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
25. A proactive and goal-oriented approach
26. Able to thrive within a team environment
27. Valid driving licence is essential
