Manager - HR Global Mobility Consulting
Location: London CSQ
Role
KPMG’s UK Mobility Consulting Services (MCS) team, sat within our Global Mobility Services (GMS) practice, is looking for an experienced Manager to drive significant transformational projects within our clients’ global mobility programmes.
Core Responsibilities
1. Owning and supporting the delivery of global mobility transformation projects to help our clients improve their global mobility programmes.
2. Developing, and managing client stakeholder relationships, acting as a key point of contact.
3. Owning project governance, project management and providing regular status reporting to project stakeholders.
4. Identifying, managing, and escalating risks and issues as needed.
5. Managing engagement finances and budgets, from set-up through to billing.
6. Supporting initiatives to drive pipeline growth, including responding to external RFPs and driving ongoing business development activities, developing sales skills.
7. Delivering ongoing global mobility case management support to our clients.
8. Engaging with clients on current global mobility developments and having a view on the future of global mobility.
Experience and Background
9. Similar experience working in global mobility services.
10. Prior experience in an in-house global mobility / HR team or working overseas would be beneficial but is not required.
11. Experience of global mobility programme consulting and / or delivery, including knowledge of mobility policies, processes and technologies is essential.
12. Project management and change management experience.
13. Strong Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word skills are preferred.
14. Microsoft Power BI experience for reporting is welcome but not essential.
