Senior Geotechnical Engineer
Salary: £38,000 - £45,000 Location: Crawley Remote/Hybrid working available
An exciting opportunity has become available for a Senior Geotechnical Engineer to join a respected multidisciplinary consultancy based in Crawley. This role offers the chance to work on a broad range of infrastructure, commercial, residential, and energy projects across the South East.
The successful Senior Geotechnical Engineer will take a leading role in project delivery, geotechnical design, mentoring junior staff, and client management. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced engineer looking to progress within a growing and technically strong team.

Responsibilities:
* Lead geotechnical investigations and project delivery
* Produce and review factual and interpretative reports
* Undertake geotechnical design including foundations, retaining structures, and slope stability
* Mentor and support junior engineers
* Liaise directly with clients and multidisciplinary teams
* Manage project budgets and timelines
* Assist with business development and client relationships
Requirements:
* Degree in Geology, Geotechnical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related discipline
* Significant experience within geotechnical engineering
* Strong technical reporting and design experience
* Experience managing projects and mentoring staff
* Chartered or working towards Chartership is desirable
* Full UK driving licence
