Key Responsibilities
1. Act as the main contact for a portfolio of European VAT clients, delivering a high-quality, responsive service
2. Build strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
3. Lead, manage, and develop a growing team, setting clear expectations and maintaining standards
4. Oversee daily workflows, ensuring accuracy,pliance, and timely delivery across multiple jurisdictions

Candidate Profile
8. Proven experience in account management within the European VAT /pliance sector
