Salary to £45k, West Midlands based client offering hybrid working.
My client, a high growth and successful IT organisation who can offer significant career development, are currently recruiting for an Assistant Contract Manager to deliver across areas such as:-
* Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) contracts due diligence and reviews
* Preparation of contract summaries and highlighting of potential risks and non-standard terms
* Managing updates to commercial terms & conditions
* Supplier contracts review
The successful candidate will ideally bring a blend of the following: -
* Experience in commercial contract management, including areas such generating contract summaries, risk analysis, terms and conditions reviews, contract changes and novation (ideally gained within IT)
* Contract / business law exposure
* Strong analytical and organisational skills
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
* Clear communicator and relationship builder
* Degree or equivalent qualified, CIPS or IACCM desirable
