Responsibilities:
1. Lead People and Culture projects that improve service delivery and align with organisational strategy.
2. Provide expert OD advice to managers and directors on culture and change matters.
3. Develop members of the People team, coaching leaders and fostering a high-performance culture.
4. Design, deliver, and evaluate People and Culture projects, including leadership development, wellbeing, and equality, diversity & inclusion (EDI).
5. Analyse workforce data, producing actionable insights on trends, risks, and opportunities.
6. Support workforce planning, engagement surveys, and performance management initiatives.
Requirements:
7. CIPD qualified or Learning and development equivalent qualification, with demonstrable experience in organisational development, strategic project management, and organisational change.
8. Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage sensitive and complex situations professionally.
9. Experience delivering training and coaching to managers and teams.
10. Experience within health and Social care sectors is advantageous.
11. An experienced facilitator who can deliver qualitative research initiatives such as focus groups.
