Audit Semi-Senior – Farnham
Join our client’s expanding Farnham Audit team in this full-time, permanent position offering hybrid and flexible working options. This role is ideal for individuals looking for variety, progression, and the chance to progress within a forward-thinking practice.
Key Responsibilities
1. Build and maintain strong client relationships.
2. Manage diverse audit assignments across multiple sectors, liaising with team members and leadership.
3. Prepare audit files, lead fieldwork, and ensure high-quality, timely, and budget-compliant outcomes.
4. Supervise, train, and support junior team members.
5. Collaborate effectively with colleagues to ensure excellent service delivery.
6. Engage in tax computations and occasional account preparations alongside audits.

About You
1. ACCA/ACA part-qualified with 1-2 years’ UK Audit practice experience.
2. Strong academic background (2:1 degree or A-levels: A, B, B preferred).
3. Proficient in Excel, with experience in Iris, Xero, Sage, Caseware, or CCH being advantageous.
4. Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
5. Detail-oriented, proactive, and highly organised, with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
6. Team player with a positive attitude and self-motivation.
