About the role: You will join on a full time, Term time plus, permanent basis (40 hours per week for 35.6 weeks per year). Wellington College is a seven day-a-week boarding school and as such it is expected that Matrons attend, as required, College events such as Speech Day and Open Houses morning and house social events, such as the Summer BBQ, outside of normal working hours. The postholder will be responsible for effectively managing the Domestic Standard within each house as specified and assist the Housemaster/Housemistress and other residential staff with the pastoral care of the pupils.
