Relief security officer

Job Description Responsibilities You’ll play a vital part in keeping people, property, and information safe. That includes: What You'll Be Doing ️ Protection of Property & Premises Prevent and deter unauthorised access to site Monitor CCTV, fire alarms, and intruder alarms Conduct internal and external security patrols Manage site keys and locking/unlocking duties Carry out routine security equipment checks Control vehicle access and parking arrangements where required Maintain accurate records and logbooks Issue visitor and contractor passes Handle lost property in line with site procedures Report suspicious activity, security breaches, and incidents promptly Health & Safety Support staff, visitors, and contractors on site Promote a safe and secure working environment Report hazards, faults, and unsafe practices Record accidents and incidents in line with procedures Ensure emergency routes remain clear at all times Report First Aid equipment usage and shortages Support emergency responses and follow operational procedures Please note - The responsibilities listed here aren’t the full picture—but they give you a good sense of the role.
