Role Description
We are looking for an enthusiastic and responsible individual to join our team as a Party Leader in a casual on-site position based across the Woking contract. As a Party Leader, you will oversee and organize children’s parties, ensuring a safe, enjoyable, and memorable experience for all guests. Daily tasks include coordinating party schedules, setting up equipment and decorations, leading party activities, interacting with children and guardians, and maintaining a clean and safe environment. You will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring all parties run smoothly.
Qualifications
* Strong communication and customer service skills to interact effectively with children, parents, and team members
* Organizational and time management skills for coordinating schedules and ensuring timely delivery of services
* Energy, enthusiasm, and creativity for designing and leading engaging children’s activities
* Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and to adapt to dynamic situations
* A positive and approachable attitude with a focus on delivering outstanding experiences
* Knowledge of health and safety practices, especially in an active, child-focused setting
* Experience in childcare, event planning, or leisure services is a plus
* First Aid or safeguarding training certifications (preferred but not mandatory)
