Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
1. Ensuring the health of your current territory - approaching new and existing customers, customer visits, delivering workshops on customer sites, providing technical advise to customers reviewing their systems needs.
2. Reviewing and developing your pipeline on a weekly to monthly basis.
3. Assessing future pipeline- evaluating customers who are interested in working with Waters solutions and instrumentation; providing applications support to our demo chemists and facility in Manchester
Being a Systems Account Manager involves travel throughout the territory of responsibility and brings you a great degree of flexibility in how you handle your accounts and how you work in the field!
This is a great opportunity to build a successful sales record with the leading measurement company and a great opportunity to learn loads along the way. There are multiple avenues to grow further in Waters both within the role and beyond depending on what you would like to do - this could be within systems sales, marketing or in one of our more technical positions.
Qualifications
Requirements:
4. You may have worked in a lab previously or had a sales position. Both are great for us in this role!
5. Knowledge or a qualification in a Scientific discipline and experience with Liquid Chromatography and Mass Spectrometry would be useful
6. A proactive individual committed to customer service and passionate about making processes more efficient and reliable.
7. Great problem-solving skills to support our customers address some of their systems challenges
