Established manufacturing organisation seeks an experienced Final Inspector for immediate start. As Final Inspector you’ll be part of a busy, forward-thinking team, ensuring that finished components meet all required specifications before release. Prior experience in high-precision manufacturing settings, preferably within the automotive or aerospace industries. Final Inspector duties: * Conduct final inspections on forged and machined components, ensuring they meet dimensional, visual and documentation standards * Use precision measuring equipment such as micrometers, verniers and gauges * Identify and report non-conformances, raising quality concerns and supporting root cause analysis where needed * Ensure all components meet customer specifications, internal quality standards and regulatory requirements * Work closely with production and quality teams to resolve issues and support continuous improvement * Maintain accurate and complete inspection records, ensuring documentation is filed and stored correctly * Adhere to Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) guidelines and promote safe working practices Skills/Experience required for the role of Final Inspector: * Experience in high-precision manufacturing inspection * Strong understanding of engineering drawings and technical specifications * Ability to work independently with a high level of attention to detail * Good communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving Location: Redditch, Worcestershire Hours of Work: Various Shifts Available Pay Rate: £14.00 per hour Contract: Permanent If you have the experience and skills to fulfil the role of Final Inspector, please APPLY TODAY
