Purposeof the job
Reporting into theFinance Systems Manager you will be ensuring the systems are fitfor purpose with a focus on efficiency accuracy reliabilitytimeliness and ease of use whilst keeping a continual eye onopportunities for improvement to evolve the systems tools to meetthe growing needs of theorganisation.
KeyResponsibilities
Managing thedaytoday operations of the organisations ERP (D365 F&O)system and other key business systems including monitoringintegrations managing the operational health of systems (e.g.provision of access managing permissions backups performance andtroubleshooting capacity monitoring).
Providingguidance training and technical support tousers.
Coordinating with internal stakeholdersvendors and consultants to implement business changes and toimplement new functionality within the ERP toolset/other businesssystems.
Planning and implementing systemupgrades and changes including working with stakeholders to gatherrequirements testing changes and deploying them to thesystem.
Securing the ERP system and otherBusiness systems. This includes implementing security measures toprotect the system from unauthorized access data breaches and otherthreats.
Monitoring system performance andcapacity. This includes identifying and resolving performancebottlenecks and ensuring that the system has enough capacity tomeet the needs of the business.
Keeping up withthe latest ERP and other business systems trends and technologiesincluding staying informed of new features and functionality aswell as new security threats.
Developing andmaintaining system documentation.
Analysingsystem logs and data.
Preparing status reportsand presentations for seniormanagement.
Understanding the business andimproving / developing IT solutions to support insightandefficiency.
Knowledgeskills and experience required
Expert knowledge of Microsoft D365 F&O essential min 3years experience.
Microsoft accredited ERPCertification desirable but not essential.
Strong MS Office skills especially Excel & PowerBI
Experience of succeeding in a deadline drivenenvironment Experience of multicurrency environmentsadvantageous
