Deputy Manager – Specialist Services Lowestoft £14.70 per hour + paid breaks Full-time About the Role We are recruiting for an experienced Deputy Manager to join a specialist care service supporting adults with learning disabilities and complex needs. This is a key leadership role, working closely with the Home Manager to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the service and the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care. You will take responsibility for overseeing care staff, maintaining compliance standards, and ensuring each individual receives tailored support in line with their care plans. In the absence of the Home Manager, you will assume full responsibility for the service. The service operates a Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) model, focusing on promoting independence, choice, dignity, and inclusion while proactively reducing behaviours of distress through understanding and person-centred approaches.
