Were currently searching for a fantastic Deputy Service Manager to join us in leading our residential service in Halifax. This service is a welcoming and friendly environment with a dynamic team that supports a fantastic group of people!</p><h3>Responsibilities</h3><p>As Deputy Service Manager, you will manage a team of colleagues to help people gain more independence in their daily lives. You will develop and implement person‑centred support plans, conduct care needs assessments, recruit and induct new colleagues, complete supervisions/appraisals, complete medication competencies and medication audits, attend multi‑disciplinary meetings, prepare reports and generally assist the Registered Manager in day‑to‑day management of the service. You will maintain a hands‑on approach to care management and participate in the on‑call rota as required.</p><h3>Qualifications</h3><p>We look for candidates with previous experience in a care management role and a Level 3 qualification in Health & Social Care.
