They are recruiting for a Part Time Receptionist / Administrator. This is a part time permanent job. Ideally working 9-5 three days a week but may be able to slightly flexible to accommodate.
Your new roleAs receptionist / Administrator your duties will include:
* Greeting and welcoming visitors
* Answering and forwarding phone calls, taking messages, and handling enquiries.
* Sorting and distributing mail, faxes, and emails.
* Scheduling appointments, meetings, and events
* Maintaining and updating the client database, filing system, and records.
* Preparing and sending invoices, receipts, and statements to the clients.
* Ordering office supplies and equipment and ensuring their proper functioning.
* Ensuring the reception area is tidy and presentable.
