What youll do: Provide clinical nursing leadership across multiple homes, covering Nurse Manager leave, absence, or vacancies. Lead training and development for staff, ensuring high standards of care. Manage operational, clinical, and regulatory aspects of nursing homes in collaboration with leadership teams. Promote a positive, supportive, and inclusive culture throughout. What were looking for: Registered Nurse (NMC sub part 1) with 4 years post-qualification, including at least 1 year as a Nursing Home Manager. Strong knowledge of governance, HR, regulatory frameworks, and staff development. Compassionate, proactive, and a positive communicator. Full UK driving license (or alternative reliable transport).
