Fixed Term Contract (6 Months)- Full Time - 36.25 hours
We currently have an exciting opportunity for a General Operative to join our Repairs Service working primarily within our Fencing Team.
As a General Operative you will largely work within our fencing team to conduct all aspects of fencing/gate installation, maintenance and repair.
In addition to your primary work you will be required to support the wider repairs and maintenance team in works such as loft insulation replacements, silicone works and gutter cleans/repairs as required.
We are looking for someone who has:
1. Experience of working within a repairs and maintenance service.
2. Good all-round knowledge of domestic property repairs and maintenance work and general maintenance working.
3. Previous experience of completing digitally or manually data and events using an electronic device including taking and sharing photos and documentation.
4. Ability to identify risks and be able to react to these quickly and appropriately.
