Position: General Kitchen Assistant Bro Idris - Gader Site. School
Responsibilities: To prepare and serve food, and perform general kitchen duties for 15 hours a week during the school term.
Pay rate: GS1 point 2 £12.26 per hour (£10.26 averaged)
Weekly Salary: £153.90

Purpose of the Post
* Ensure that the people of Gwynedd are central to all we do
* Assist the Cook in Charge with food preparation, serving, setting up, and cleaning
Responsibilities
* Assist in preparing simple food and serving
* Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen and dining areas
* Assist in cleaning and setting up the dining room
* Perform general kitchen duties like washing dishes and cleaning equipment
* If no Assistant Cook is present, act as in charge of the kitchen
* Maintain personal cleanliness and wear suitable attire
* Follow health and safety and food safety policies
* Perform other relevant duties as required
* Commit to self-development and compliance with health and safety regulations
* Operate within policies on equal opportunities and data protection
* Support efforts to reduce the Council's carbon footprint
