We are currently recruiting for a Trade Sales Manager to join our client’s automotive parts store in Brentwood.
Our client is offering the successful Trade Sales Manager up to 38,000 OTE.

Responsibilities:
* Lead, manage and motivate a team of automotive professionals, ensuring the dealership is adequately resourced.
* Develop and roll out dealership marketing and publicity strategies to support objectives.
* Support the dealerships to consistently achieve high levels of customer satisfaction.
* Ensure dealership activities are conducted in line with our clients, manufacturer and regulatory requirements.
* Representing the company at industry events and shows
Requirements:
* Proven experience in a similar trade sale or B2B sales role within the automotive industry
* Be results driven with a key focus on meeting objectives
* Adaptable, analytical and a strong communicator.
* Experience working in the automotive aftermarket sector is highly desirable
